How to develop new skills and mindsets? At the DO School, we have developed 12 mindsets for Innovation that can be used to develop “mindset muscles” for practice, for example, purposeful mindset, empathy mindset, etc. It is important to develop the desired mindsets for yourself, your team and your organization. It is best done through a cycle of reflection, feedback, coaching and assessment.
This Mindset Experiment will be helpful to any entrepreneurs who are having a hard time in the uncertainties.
The findings and assessment of mindset and training on mindset muscle will help entrepreneurs to adapt changes quickly and effectively, not only during COVID-19 but whenever changes are needed.
